Who's better for HD TV? Bell, Rogers, or Shaw Direct?

Which has better digital channels and HD channels for the price, DISH or Direct tv?

I'm stuck between the 2. With the 3 month deal promos going on with direct tv..I think it will be more expensive than Dish after the 3 months. But, which I am looking at the better than basic package of channels but not the most expensive. Right now I have mediacom, and for all the people who are stuck with mediacom, after you visit a relatives house or a buddies place, you will realize how much mediacom is missing.
