How do i stream tv shows to my ipod?

Ie: e4 shows etc btw i have tried various cydia apps to add javascript and none of them work i need to no how to stream it from online

Unless the site in question has an app, you can't. Most streaming sites, like Hulu Plus, for instance, require Flash which the iPad doesn't support, or they require some proprietary video codec that's only available on the PC (like ABC.com). Netflix has an app, so if you have a Netflix account you can stream videos from them - but make sure you're connected to WiFi or else you'll get a HUGE wireless bill.
