How do I get to the free hbo/cinemax on demand menu on my television?

im new to this and i clicked on demand, but i cant find hbo and cinemax on demand.. all i seem to find is free trailers or free old movies... but when the guy was here, he showed how to get a free movie like vantage point he even played it but i cant find where to go

go down to premium channels and click on that and then you will see hbo and cinemax

Scroll to premium channels then press Enter. You have to pay for the premium channels, usually through a package. When the tech. comes out to install digital cable the office opens up all premium services for couple hours so the tech. can demo everything. That's probably why you got it then and can't now.
