What digital recorder lasts long?

I am looking for a voice, or video Recorder that lasts 4 or more hours.?

• I am starting my own part time business. Steve's plowing, and hauling sercvice. Currently I work a full time job as a medic, and a part time as a teacher. This will last until Feb. When I am hoping to transfer to just full time teaching, which is a 7-3 job. I am hoping to make extra money when it snows, but for the next 2 months most of my time is taken. So I have 4guys, and 1 girl who are willing to plow, if it snows when I am suppose to work. Because I do not know most of them, and they will get paid 50% when doing driveways, I am worried how honest they will be. So I want to place a camera, or a recorder in the truck, facing outside, so I will know how many driveways they do on each shift. Any suggestions?
