I can't order movies from DirecTV... It says "check phone line to allow ordering".... my line is fine...

whenever i click on purchase, it says check phone line to allow ordering (733)... then it says RID: and some numbers and on the line below that, it says Card: and some numbers.... please help? my phone line is fine.... lol i hate technology...
Answer:

For some reason it sounds as if DTV is not getting the data from your phone line so your PPV $$$ queue is full. Unplug it from the receiver and hook a phone to it and see if it's working. If it is then you have a receiver issue and need to call them. FYI, you can still order PPV at www.directtv.com and by phone. weeder

first just try unpluging the reciver for about 30 sec and plug back in and wait for it to download if that doesnt do it call dircetv
