Can I copy the content of a website if it doesn't have "Copyright or All right's Reserved" on the website?

I am asking this because I am making a website, but I want to copy some content in order to make my website faster.

Answer:
No you can't Just because there is no copyright it does not mean you can copy things without at minimum acknowledging where the info is coming from.
