Using a slingbox pro from USA in Romania anyone have experience?

Can anyone explain what materials do you need for a US NTSC slingbox to be connected in Romania on PAL with basic cable onto a computer. By materials I'm talking besides what comes in the sling kit. It would be nice to hear an opinion from someone whose done it.

Answer:
Not possible, since the NTSC slingbox is not PAL compatible. You will only see a shifted black and white image.
