Whats a good decent but cheap pvr i can use?

I was hoping to start making some Modern Warfare 2 vids but i know i would need a pvr to start. so i was wondering what kind of a pvr that isnt too expensive to start out with that i could use for those? unless, someone could provide an alternative method just to start out. i already thought of a simple camcorder.
