How do I watch my verizon Fios on my computer?

Verizon Fios TV & Computer or DirectTv TV & HSI Computer?

Which is better because I want the one that is cheaper which is the $55 one and its Phone + DirectTV tv + HSI computer. Or is the $90 one & its Verizon Fios Phone + Verizon Fios TV + Verizon Fios Computer. Which is better. Note: tell me which has better channels or anything I'm New to getting a different cable. & I went to this website... Verizon.com/freedvr and it led me to other offers for the area of Middle Village.

Verizon Fios tv has alot more channels but Directv Doesnt have as much channels and fios internet goes up to 150mbps HSI doesnt go that high and for tv when it rains fios doesnt lose tv signal but directv does I would reccomend you to go with fios even tho its more expensive
