I need help with recording a Dazzle.

I need help with my Dazzle capture card?

• Is there anyway I can change the quality of my Dazzle? I have the Dazzle Platinum HD but the quality is absolute crap. When I saw HD, I thought "Oh cool, it will record in 720p!" but it only records in 480p. What are some ways I can change the quality of my Dazzle? I want to record in 720p or more like it should. It's never been simplier or faster to impress your friends and family with great looking videos-anytime, anywhere." ^That is exactly what it says on the back of the box. It mentions high quality and great looking videos, not crap quality and blurry videos. Please help before I smash it.
