What's the best way to capture video-game footage with a dazzle capture card?

I want to cap it in 480 resolution using component(red-blue-green)and/or composite cables(yellow-red-white), I want the least amount of delay possible. any help?

Answer:
The Dazzle only accepts SD (composite or S-video) A/V. You would need to split the composite video/audio to the capture device and your TV, or use different console video outputs to your TV (recommended). You can split audio with Y splitters. Video should be split with an active video splitter.
