Which Dazzle DVD recorder is better?

Dazzle DVD Recorder Plus or Dazzle DVC 100?

So I just bought a Dazzle DVD Recorder Plus to record some Xbox 360 games, but now I'm seeing all these Youtube videos of people with 1080p videos using the Dazzle DVC 100 just by doing some editing on the computer. I haven't seen anyone doing it with the Plus, I've only seen pretty crappy quaintly with the Plus. Now i got my plus for about $50 and the DVC 100 is $25. The Plus is suppose to have better quality, yet I'm seeing people on Youtube with much better quality with the DVC 100! Help?

People who have better quality with their dazzles use a s-video cable. Also they use the editing program sony vegas.
