How to make netflix work?

okay here's the deal- i have an iphone with the free netflix app on it. my family already has netflix on our tvs but my dad forgot the password (what a genius). so i tried sending the email to my dad's email account so i could change the password. but netflix won't send it! it says it sends but the email never comes. i'm VERY frustrated. how can i make this work?
