You have to press the volume button on the remote. A info box should pop up asking if you want to set the remote with the tv. Press yes, find your tv on the list and the rest is following instructions.

Scan for Device Codes: 1. Turn the device on. 2. Press and hold the mode button until all other mode buttons light up, then let go of the button. (The mode button flashes) 3. Press the blank power button. 4. Press the Up or Down Arrow button repeatedly until the device turns off. 5. When device turns off, press the Pound button. 6.Turn the device back on and try some other appropriate buttons to make sure they work. 7. Repeat this procedure until you have tried all the possible codes. I would try it 20 or 30 times just to be sure you have exhausted all the possible codes. That is unless you get real lucky and hit the right code fairly quickly. Lot's of luck!

thers two ways to do it but the easy way to do it is you press the device u want to control (tv) then wait till it is blinking then press power button and then pres the up button until ur tv turns off (note: ur tv has to be on b4 u do this) when u r doin this the remote is going through codes and when ur tv turns off press the pound button (#) and u hsoudl be set!
