Yea but u need a good tv card in ur pc so u can receive those analouge signals from vhs. Then u use a software like Pinacle studio v 9.0 or higher or the new nero, they got the option to record and convert vedio tape to DVD but will take a while though, make sure u got Hdd space or ur gonna get p**ed off when u wait all that time and then it stops in the middle lol.
