Should i use scart leads or RCA cable? or does it matter? 2. how do i connect the two devices to each other and the tv? 3. there are two scart ports on both the dvd recorder and the vcr they are; euro av2 decoder and euro av1 audio video Can you tell me the order in which i connect these together and in turn to the tv? Use a scart cable. On the vcr,use the scart port that reads To TV. Connect the other end to the dvd recorder scart port that reads Ext 2 or Aux. Connect the dvd recorder to the tv using the scart port that reads To TV. Try play a vhs cassette on the vcr, if it shows on the tv then you are ready to convert your vhs to dvd.
