How does a tv tuner card work on your computer? Are you able to get specific channels like the CW?

Answer:
It basicallly provides the same decoding that is in a "Cable-Ready" TV. If you can't get CW without a Cable box or Digital Cable box, then you should be able to get it on a PC TV Tuner, otherwise, you'll need a seperate box hooked up to the PC's TV Tuner.
