Download TV show to DVD?

How do you take TV episodes from the computer (itunes) and put them onto a DVD to watch on your TV?

On my computer in itunes, I have tons of TV Show episodes and I tried to download them onto a DVD so I can watch them on TV, not just the computer. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so I'm wondering if anyone knows how to do it.

The way I do it is through this software that my download site gave me. http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com has tons of shows. They have a small sign-up fee but it is a one time thing only and after this you get unlimited access to old and new shows episodes downloads including full series. The episodes are full-length with an instant download. They also give you for free the software to convert them to DVD so you can build your collection and watch them on your TV. If you ask me it's as free as it gets and it saves you a ton of hassle.
