Hi my name is Mike Houston; I am a Social Media Representative at DISH Network. To better assist you, I need to ask some questions first. Do you have a Solo or Dual receiver? If you have a dual receiver, is it TV1 or TV2 that is having the issue? To make sure that TV1 is on the correct Channel/Input, check the connection from the receiver to the TV. If it is a COAX cable, the TV should be on channel 3 or 4. If you see a red, white, and yellow connection (RCA cable) the TV will need to be on an Input location. With a red, green, and blue connection (Y Pb Pr or component cable) it will be on a Component Input. If you have the HDMI cable, you will need to have it set to an HDMI Input.
