Itv london in hd, in scotland, on freesat?

i cant get channel 119 in central scotland, why ??? or stv.in HD.

I get 119 in centreal scotland. STV are still in dispute with ITV and are unwilling to enter a contract with Sky for their HD broadcasts. You can get it as an added channel but it is a bit of a fiddle and you have to go through the same procedure every time you want to view.

May be that your dish is a little out of alighment? If you do get all the other channells then try a manual tune or "add Channells" in the set up menu.If it is a Skybox and is not connected to a phone line then it does not "know" what part of the UK it is in so contract or region issues are not relevant.If using a Sky box then it will need some sort of a card to get free HD and if it is plugged into a phone then it "Knows" where it is so will give you the local regional channells. If using a Freesat HD box then a re-tune will solve the problem, if not and you are missing any other channells then its the dish that is faulty and will need an upgrade.
