How do I watch my verizon Fios on my computer?

What is this "Video Store" Window that's over the screen for anything I watch on my Verizon Fios HD Cable Box?

I'm NO newbie when it comes to stuff like this...but for X-Mas, I got a Phillips 40" LED HDTV, a really new one, so stuff like Netflix, Youtube, Vudu & Pandora Internet Radio gets streamed right to the TV from my wireless network that it connects to...wireless...it ask you for all the authentic information, you enter it & this TV connects right up to the wireless network & gets all the stuff. okay, ALL that being said, after my parents got the Television, they got the High Definition Cable Box from verizon & everythings been great, until about 4 days ago. NOW, this BIG blue like 'Window' comes out (kinda like a program guide) & it says "Video Store" centered & underlined on the top & I CAN'T GET OUT OF IT!!! no matter how many times I press "Exit" on my Verizon Fios remote, or try to follow 'further instructions' on the menu itself, NOTHING HAPPENS...it's been there for days, it's the same screen, nothing's changed on it...I CAN'T GET IT!!! PLEASE HELP
Answer:

Turn everything off and unplug the FIOS box from the wall. Wait 10 minutes. Replug and the reboot should fix the problem. The boxes mess up every so often and the unplugging usually fixes the glitches. If not, call Verizon and get another box.
