Were can i download a SAFE tv tuner for my windows media center?

i need to know some trusted website free download tv tuners because i need it to setup my live tv. please help thanks

You acctually need to buy a device for this. A TV tuner can not be purchased through software, as there needs to be a special radio used for tuning into these signals. Go to Amazon.com and look around for USB TV Tuners, and you should find PLENTLY of choices. ;)
