PBS plays the show itself, if you want Muppets specials, they're on NBC, and there are various other specials (such as Elmo's Countdown to Christmas) that are on ABC... the specials would be during primetime, but the show they play every day on PBS is early in the morning, like right after school-age children head off to school and only the toddlers are at home with Mummy and Daddy...
