How do I delete my Comcast account?

I need help with my comcast?

  • I want to delete my comcast email account but have no idea how. I looked it up but still nothing.. I would be so thankful.

    You can call 800-COMCAST (800-266-2278) and request (via tech support) to have that particular email account purged. Additionally, you can log into "My Account" and CHANGE the email address if you're deleting it because you no longer like the name :) (http://customer.comcast.com)

Does this mean you want to stop your Comcast Internet service in favor of something else, like DSL? Or do you want to retain Comcast Internet and cancel one or more of your Comcast e-mail addresses? If the latter, log into your account at www.comcast.net, go to HELP, then CHAT to keyboard with a live rep. Explain to the rep exactly what you want to do and he/she should be able to do it.
