I'm getting a sky box but no viewing card what channels will i get, thanks?

I have the dish just need to plug the box in, but will i get any channels or will i need to ring sky,

Answer:
Without a viewing card, you won't get anything, as the box needs to read the card to allow reception/transmission of the coded messages from the dish to the box. The link below may give you a better answer than I can.
