How to transfer TV shows recorded on DVR to my ipod?

How to watch recorded shows from my DVR on a standard TV box in the other room?

  • I have a single direct TV DVR in my den but also a tv with a standard receiver box in the kitchen and hang out room, they both recieve television networks and programs the same as the one in the den they just aren't DVR's. I've heard from several people that you can watch recorded media from the DVR in the other room without having the DVR plugged in, my question is, How? Thanks! Johnny

    Impossible unless they have a dual dvr that works two tvs. The hard drive can be accessed by tv one or tv two.
