I was trying to dub from my VHS to DVD and it will work for a couple minutes and stop, why?
-
It is a new DVD VCR recorder. The VHS are ones I taped T.V. shows onto, so they are not protected in anyway. I just wanted to put on DVD to save space. I tried two differnt VHS' and two different DVD's. It will dub for 1 or 2 minutes and stop, then I start and it will go for 2 more. Why would this be?

Answer:
Sounds like something is wrong with your DVD recorder. Can you record from another source for longer than 1 or 2 minutes?
