    Yes. Fit TV. Channel 116. there is also Fit TV on demand. I am not sure what channel the demand is but.....I HOPE THIS HELPS!!! good luck

There's a FitTV that shows that stuff all the time. I don't know if DirecTV has it, but they should. Give 'em a call or look at their website for it. I think I may have found it, try channel 261.

uh on io they have workout vids. and go on channel 14 ( or w.e ur chanbnel guide is ) and i think it says like work out on the beach and stuff alot.
