How do you send a fax on a dell computer?

Does anybody have a Dell Computer with the 3 in 1 fax?

• I have set up the fax but I can't seem to send the fax..its not a phone fax..its hooked up with the modem..but I think it may have something to do with me having DSL

  if the printer is not a fax included then you have to fax from your PC. 1. your PC must have a modem 2. phone line attack 3. faxing software then scan what you want to fax to your PC then using the fax software fax it from there. that's it. if its is a fax /scan/copier/printer . then if you have dsl make sure you have a filter on the phone line going from the printer to the wall and it should not be connected to the modem of your dsl.
