DNS server isn't responding Why?

I have taken BSNL broadband connection to my PC, when i will connect to the internet it will show DNS server isn't responding in Windows 7 Home premium. please give me best answer & solve my problem.

Answer:
You need to change your IP setting to "Obtain DNS Server Adress automatically". Goto network connections. Choose your connection.Right click--> Properties. Select Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) and click Properties. Change it to "Obtain DNS Server Adress automatically".
