How can I get username into shortcode?

I have a Motorolla 2210 Modem and I don't know its Username or Password, how can I get a new username/password?

• I can't find matches on call of duty mw2 because my nat type is strict and I have a motorolla 2210 modem but I don't know the username or password to it and I don't know how to change them or anything...I need the username and password to unlock it that way I can try to get my nat type changed to open instead of strict...So does anyone know how to get a new password and user name for the modem?

  Mot 2210 modem doesnt have any firewall. To access the modem and change settings you need the modem access code (10 digit number on a yellow sticker) / if you are able to connect to the internet, then modem has the UN and PW (its for PPPoE) you can get this from your ISP but i truly dont think that it will help if internet is working, if you have a router, then disable firewall on that or add call of duty in list of allowed apps.
