Why wont my camera connect to my computer or laptop?

IPhone won't connect to laptop?

Alright, well my desktop crashed and all my iPhone stuff was on that, but the iTunes on there were on my mom's username. So since she has iTunes on HER laptop, I tried to connect my iPhone to her laptop so I'll at least have a backup in case my iPhone messes up. Well, I tried to connect via USB and all i heard was the "connected" sound, and then BLUE SCREEN!!! >_< I restarted it. and it said that it was a problem with the iPhone CAMERA DRIVERS for the computer. Now every time I connect, I hear a "dun-dun-dun" which means "Cannot connect"... Soooooo long story short, WHY won't my iPhone connect and how can I get it to connect? [By the way, I can find any driver downloads anywhere] Thanks in advance! ~Dillon
Answer:

First of all uninstall the old drivers on your laptop, restart it and then connect the iphone, when it asks for the drivers install the new drivers. Also update itunes to the latest version. If you get a blue screen, make sure it is nothing to do with your hardware (laptop) Try using different USB port.
