Can i find a job with my Network+ certification in singapore?

I hav finished my Network+.What is the next step shall i do?can i find a job with my Network+ certification?I dont hav any cert others than this or experience in IT sector.OR What is the fast or easy way to lets me start my career in IT sector? What is the best certification that i need to enter this sector?

Get into Cisco Certification, first step is their CCNA. Check their Cisco's website. Also, it could probably help to include Linux to get into server side administration other than network administration (as catered by your Network+).
