How to supply broadband internet with coaxial cable?

How can I connect my Nokia N73 to the Internet if I have a broadband cable internet connection on my PC?

  Usually there is a device that's like a flash drive but it gives you blue-tooth connectivity for PC users that don't have that blue-tooth device installed on their PCs and you can connect your phone via blue-tooth. With that device you can transfer data back and forth from your phone and pc.
