I suggest you go with the medical field, since IT courses demand is now deteriorating. So many people take this course. Whats funny is that most of the time an IT's job hardly ever do any pc building, especially in a corprate or medical environment. They buys PC's in lots from major companies like dell or IBM. If you really want to work with computers hands on. I would go for a technical degree instead of a occupational certificate like an A+. An A+ plus certificate is basically worthless without a real degree or tons of previous experience.

Yeah, you go for that if you are really good in it because today's i.t. jobs are not permanent. You should be good because you can go for other companies if one goes. The thing is you can undoubtedly go for it if they have selected you in any campus interview.
