How To Increase Download Speed In Beam?

How can i increase my download speed?

  • I use broadband with a download n upload speed of 22 kbps....but when i download torrent only the upload speed is around 20 and the dowload speed is not more than 10 or 11 kbps....can anyone help me to increase my download speed instead of upload speed....plz help me!!!!!!!!!

  • Answer:

The speed in downloading the torrent varies in the number of seeders. The more the seeders the faster the download speed. My computer has a connection of 50 kbps, but some of the download speed of my torrent reaches up to 60 kbps. Also make sure that the upload speed is not limited for the more you upload the more people will seed to you.

Download from a source closer to your where you live. Buy more bandwidth. Use a better router. Buffalo makes really good routers. Use shorter Ethernet cables. Buy a better nic. Set Qqs to 0%. Google Qqs .. you'll find info on that. Use a download accelerator.

Check your torrent software. It sounds like you need to change your settings fo*r your downloads. It should be under the options settings. Torrent speeds will also depend on how many people have the file in question available for seeding. Good luck!

download torrents from good sites only like mininova.com etc. and check the seed and peer ratio
