I have not had the luxury of using a belkin, but I imagine its the same as any other ones I have messed with (netgear/linksys) Type in the gateway IP address. It will be something like 192.168.0.1 If you want to make sure, go to start -> run ->type in "cmd" then a command prompt will come up. Type in ipconfig and your gateway will be listed. Type that in, into an address bar, and it should ask you for a password. I beleive the username is admin, and the password will be "password" or "admin" or "21412" then you go into a wireless configuration and create a 256/128 bit encryption network key. Write this down to connect to it. Change the password on the router. I would turn off SSID broadcast. There's a lot more you can do, but this is good to get you started. Let me know if you need additional help..

It doesn’t matter if you use 64 or 128 bit WEP keys, you are vulnerable! Check the link and download the pdf file. http://belkin.httpsvc.vitalstreamcdn.com/belkin_vitalstream_com/support/dl/securing_your_wireless_network.pdf
