Why is RoadRunner so difficult to use?

What type of cable does RoadRunner use?

• I called RoadRunner regarding my order, they said my address is not serviceable but they said they can run line and they said the line was $1,000 per 100 feet?? That's ridiculous, I need about .5 miles of cable.. no way I'm paying that much for cable. Are they bsing me or what type of cable do they use, is it fcking made of gold?????

  Its more about the labor involved. they also use third parties alot for their installations. even sending out a person to fix a problem it costs them $120-200 easy, for a simple problem where some cust doesn't know how to set up their router which takes 1 min. So they are making little profit for something that cost them almost as much just to get done
