What is the best Dial-Up internet service provider in the northern minnesota?

I am trying to connect hear an online live streaming but the things won't work..?

• It says to sent this information to them if trouble connecting but I am not sure of the answers or what thy mean..here is what they want to know and my notes..what do they mean on some of these things. a) What type of computer you are using (Mac, PC, etc.) I don't know it is dell b) What Operating System your computer is running (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Mac OS9, Mac OSX, etc.) it is windows xp c) What version of the Windows Media Player you are using how do I know this d) How you connect to the Internet (DSL, Cable Modem, T1, Dialup Modem, etc.), and who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider - IE AOL, Comcast, Earthlink, etc.) I get high speed internet with a modem..which is that.. please heklp me knowhow to answer these questions so I can hear my show..

  a) a dell is a PC b) you've know already c) Open windows medai player. Maximize it (icon to the left of the "X" in the top right. This will show some more options (file, view, play, tools, help). Click on help which will open a window. Choose about windows media player. The version will be in that window. d) If it's a phone cable plugged into the modem then you have dsl. If its a coaxial cable then it is cable modem.
