How to turn off boot splash screen?

WHEN I TURN ON MY PC I CANT SEE THE BIOS SCREEN AND BOOT XP LOGO, DIRECTLY I START WITH THE WELCOME SPLASH SCR?

    it sounds like you have an LCD monitor many LCD monitors have ONE IDEAL setting when windows first starts, if you dont have correct MONITOR driver LCD may not display anything until DESKTOP starts then it has a display mode it CAN display. use the MONITOR menu key to see WHAT MODE the PC is TRYING to set make sure you have the MONITOR driver loaded , and it IS SET TOTHE ONE IDEAL SETTING

Check whether u have deleted some file from Windows folder. Or your bios is outdated or coruppted or is Deleted. There r some third party virus which deleted ur bios. If u search on web. Try to re-install for contact ur nearest computer dealer. Try to clean ur bios hardware with little alcohol which is aviable on Computer shops. Or tell them.
