Wirless router make any difference in internet speed?

The type of wireless router definitely make difference in speed such as wireless B,G, or N. The brand also affect the connections speed. if you have Linksys then you got the best brand out there. I would recommend you either disconnect other peripherals or turn them of so they wont eat up your connection. i dont think you need to buy a new router, 54mbps is pretty good.
