Is it possible to change my IPv4 address?

My internet ip cant change?

Call your ISP, they control it.

Your own private address should be generated by the router. The public IP is supplied by your ISP, you can not change this.

Your IP address is like your street address it can't be changed. You would need to find an IP scrambler/changer which not easy to come-by but if you look around you may find one. Most that use IP scramblers/changers are used by scammers.

For some ISP's, what you can do is unplug your modem and router for about a day, and plug it back it, and it might give you a new IP as supplied by the ISP. This doesn't always work.

You are releasing and renewing your private IP address by the commands you describe. This does nothing to change the public IP address. If you have a dynamic IP address, as I suspect you do, the ISP assigns it and they change it on their end when they want to. Finally if you want to change your IP because of foul play on your part that has resulted in a site blockage or similar prohibition, mere IP address change is not likely to enable you back onto the site.

You are drawing a distinction between your "internet ip" and "ipv4" address. They are the same thing. Your address comes from the DHCP server on the wireless appliance that services your wireless card. The correct command is "ipconfig /renew" You will likely get the same address though (has to do with how DHCP servers work). Why does it matter?

Well, since you choose to change your wireless IP address. if you are not using a cable connection to your laptop, my solutions would have be easy. Step 1: Try this to bypass the IP Address. click "Tools" and select "Internet Options". click on "Connections tab" then click "LAN setting" and Assign the IP Address number, you want. Click "Apply" and "OK". Note: if you reboot the laptop, you lose it. Step 2: Try this is Hide your IP Address. Acquire a Hide IP Software, that can hide your computer IP/Config. if IP Address is a big problem for you. Try this now.
