I want outlook express configuration in local area network?

I want help to configure outlook express. I am using windows server 2003 and client works on win XP. I have 20 computers in my network. and want to configure Outlook Express for local area. My main motto is sending/receiving e-mails in local area network without the help of internet. Please help me.

You will need to set up your own mail server for that. If you do not want to enable internet e-mail, simply do not connect your e-mail server to the internet (for example block all relevant ports) and use non-routable e-mail addresses, such as .local for example.
