How to input a WEP key?

When i go to http://192.168.1.1 to try to access my WEP, what do i input under username and password?

    Usually the Username and password that you setup in your router. If you did not do this then you should use the default username and password in your routers manual. If its not your router then stay out of it. If you forgot the username and password you can always reset the router to its default settings, but this will also reset your internet settings and you will have to set it back up. To reset the router find the small reset button on the back of the router and push it in for the count of 10. Turn off the routers power and count to 10 again. let go of the reset button and power the router back on. It will be just like it was when you first took it out of the package......

Well, I'll be different... whose router cause the manufacturers all use different defaults for those. Go the the manufacturers website and check for default password.. now if you were doing the setup correctly you changed it when you installed the router so you may have to set it back to factory defaults and start over. Linksys, Dlink, 2Wire, etc all have different methods.

Assuming you are using Verizon, the default setting is admin. and admin, or admin and password. If your modem has been changed from factory default, it is your Verizon "user name" and password. This is normally set up at the time of installation. If you are unsure call your ISP and they will give you the settings after you answer a few questions. ( Proving your identity)
