I don't think there is a default IS limit on sending or recieving. If there is it would be 10MB. You can setup global send/recieve limits, OU limits or even user limits. These are all accessible from the Exchange Manager. You should be able to right click the exchange site, OU or User and change the send/receive and mailbox size limitations.
