If I just passed my CCNA, how easy would it be for me to get my Comptia Network+ with no extra study?

Bascially, I'm just wondering if Network+ covers anything that isn't covered in CCNA. So, can I pass Network+ with just CCNA knowledge?

Answer:
There's a few differences, but you could probably still pass Network+. CCNA is thought to be an overall harder exam. Getting your Network+ as well as CCNA won't really add much to your resume.
