How come this happens with my internet?

Internet stopped working on my PC?

  • okay, so this happened to me like twice or thrice before, i'm working on the internet normally and then it just stops working and the weird part is my computer SAYS that it IS connected and it's working fine, with internet access and all but nothing like browsers, programs or messengers (basically things that need internet) ever work.. its normally fixed when I restart my computer. but I'm wondering why that happens? it's not a problem with my connection because other computers/devices can access the internet at that time. So, how come this happens to my pc? I didn't screw with any tools or click on weird buttons it just happens lol p.s my laptop is a lenovo z570

    The computer you are having problems with... Do you have it set for : "Let Windows Determine My Internet Connections? If not, that is what you need to do if you are using other PC's to use the same connection..

It could be a lot of things, a registry dysfunction, your wireless card is failing or a problem with the OS (operating system), maybe even a hard disk. I have some problems with that with my computer but it's usually the internet rather then the computer. It all depends maybe you have a really old system or you don't have enough RAM on your pc/laptop
