How To Download Android Apps To Nokia?

Can i download and install android apps on my tablet(aakash)?

i m using aakash tablet which has android 2.2 o/s but it don't have android market in its menu. as i am using the android os can i download android apps will my tablet support them? thanks in advance for your answer
