Blocking people on tumblr?

How do you do it? Can they still leave messages in you're ask box? Can they view you're tumblr? And still reblog from your page? How do you unblock? How will they know i have blocked them?

http://www.tumblr.com/block <---put their URL there, and they are blocked from seeing your posts, going to your page, following you, and asking you questions while they're logged in. However, if they really wanted too, they could log out and view your page, and ask you questions.
