How to download recursively with ftp library?

How do you download Firefox through FTP?

  • What I was wondering was how could you download firefox using the ftp command in hte command prompt box? A friend told me the following *ftp 2004.152.184.113 *type "anonymous" *enter *"cd_pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/releases/… *"binary" *"binary" *"lcd c:\" *"get mozilla-win32-1.8a1-installer.exe" I got stuck on the cd-pub part, at this point I have firefox and it is working and I can get it workinng going thru a folder window using ftp:\\ftp.mozilla.org. I guess it's just because it can be done, that I want to know how its done becouse i'm missing something ^_^ thanks for any help
